Adult and College Student Registration
Current college students and adult leaders are invited to be part of the 2021 ASP High School Mission Trip team serving families in Central Appalachia with home repair. Work will only be undertaken on the exterior of homes, and participants will be required to observe all the COVID protocols ASP has established for its participants. All groups will also be required to observe FUMC's pre-established COVID-related protocols and guidelines, as well
There is no cost for adult registration. The total cost per college student is $250 with a deposit of $50 due at registration and the balance of $200 due on June 25, one month before the trip. Scholarships for one-half of the total amount ($125) are available at registration. These fees are totally refundable if the trip is cancelled due to COVID.
All adults and college students must have current medical information on file. Please complete the Youth Ministry Medical Waiver and submit by hard copy or email to [email protected] or [email protected] no later than July 11, 2021.
Additionally, a current copy of your medical insurance card is required and can be submitted by hard copy or email to either of the email addresses shown above.
All adult volunteers age 19 and older must have successfully undergone a National Criminal Background Check with the past three years of the date of this ASP trip. If you have been background checked within the past three years, it is not necessary to undergo screening again, but you will have to have your screening verified by Jane Cheema prior to the trip.
Based on the answers given below, you will be contacted with additional information on how to obtain an adequate background check, which will need to be completed by June 30, 2021.
