MESSY CHURCH

CHILDREN'S CHOIR

First Church's Children's Choir enthusiastically welcomes all children in grades 1-6, regardless of musical background. Weekly Wednesday rehearsals start September 13 from 5:15-6:00 p.m. in the 3rd floor Choir Room . An adjacent room is made available for parents and caretakers to relax and enjoy fellowship during rehearsals. SUMMER CAMPS

First Church offers a variety of summer camp experiences for children of all ages and families of all makeups. Camp registrations open early 2024. Check the boxes below to receive registration updates as soon as they're available.

CREATION CAMP, JUNE 24-27, 2024. Four-day overnight camp experience at Wesley Woods in Williams Bay, Wisconsin, suitable for all children entering grades 3-8 in the fall of 2024.

FAMILY CAMP, AUGUST 2-4, 2024. Annual retreat for children and families of all ages and makeups to take part in a relaxed, communal summer camp experience on Geneva Lake in beautiful Williams Bay, Wisconsin.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL, AUGUST 12-15, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Four ecologically focused sessions include daily gathering and sending rituals, outdoor expeditions, art and service-learning projects, stories and songs, and a healthy snack and lunch (new in 2024)! Open to all ages but especially suitable for children entering K-4th grade.

Medical Information

All children who participate in ANY Children's Ministry programming, whether within the church building or at events which may be held offsite (Ex.: Club123, J.U.M.P., etc.), must have a completed current Master Medical Form on file prior to their attendance at any such event.

This form will be kept on file with the church for the program year 2023-2024. If any of the medical information should change within this year, please submit a new form and/or notify Colin McDonald at [email protected] .

First Church's Children's Ministry is enriched and made possible by the support and involvement of a diverse group of lay ministry leaders, including parents and caregivers.
