Transportation and Arrival/Departure Information
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Conference Point, arriving Friday, August 9 at 4:00 p.m. (or later), and departing Sunday, August 11 by 1:30 p.m. Conference Point Center is located approximately 90 minutes north of Evanston, just west of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Please check the corresponding box below if you are able and interested in carpooling with another household.
Five meals will be provided: dinner on Friday evening (served at 5:30); breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday; and breakfast on Sunday (served at 8:30). Check out time is 11:00 on Sunday.
If a family member is not feeling well prior to camp:
Please use best practices discretion in coming to camp if a family member is not feeling well. COVID-19 testing is not required, but encouraged if possible symptoms are present.
As of noon, 7/26/24, room availability is limited. Please contact Colin before registering to ensure we have space for your chosen accommodation. One overflow cabin (not listed below) with three rooms is available if needed.
This year, our lodging opportunities will consist of 8 rooms in the Magill building and 10 rooms in the Ross building. The rooms in Magill HAVE air conditioning. The rooms in ROSS DO NOT; however, the camp will install window air conditioning units in Ross upon request at no charge to our group. If staying in Ross, please indicate whether you wish a unit be installed prior to arrival at camp!
To qualify for the family rate: two adults (18 years and older) in the same room with children five years old to 17 years of age. There is no charge for children ages 0-4 so they are not counted in the family rate. (Ex: If a couple has three children and one is under five years of age, they qualify for a family rate of 4, not 5.)
Accommodations are first come, first served based on availability!

Single Adult: $148
Double = $296
Family of 3 = $355
Family of 4 = $414
Family of 5 = $473
We're asking each family unit to contribute to an activity fee, which will help cover the cost of boat rental, campfire supplies, etc. Unfortunately, this fee can't be added to the room fee, so please pay separately or settle with Colin at camp!
